The Fox and Hounds has recently extended its hospitality
by converting its stables into four impressive chalets. Each has an en-suite
bathroom, colour TV and fridge. Each chalet has been named after the species of
ducks that visit the local pond. Mandarin, Philippine, Gadwall and Rosebill.
Offering bed and continental breakfast but remaining
separate from the pub allows the occupier to choose their type of stay.
The pub is an ideal place for functions with the
opportunity to stay over. And with us only being 15 minutes drive from the
centre of historic Winchester, is the ideal venue to travel to and from when
visiting this beautiful city.
