Howes is situated just a short, convenient stroll from the centre of Ambleside,
a bustling, lively little town.
It
is however off the beaten track, away from any traffic noise - in a peaceful
cul-de-sac. Mike and Gill will make sure you are comfortable and keep you well-informed
about any local events as well as places to visit and walks you can take.
