With such a picturesque area we are ideal for ramblers and there is a local public golf course at Little Hadham. The Great Hadham Golf Course is only a 2 min drive away.

We are a one minute walk to the nearest public house (snack menu at lunchtime and evening meal by arrangement) or 5 minutes’ drive to either Much Hadham or Perry Green for public houses/restaurants.

The Hertfordshire Way goes past the door for those keen walkers or explore the village of Much Hadham with the Forge Museum and Victorian Cottage Garden or visit the impressive works of the Sculptor Henry Moore at the Henry Moore Foundation in Perry Green.

Audley End House and Gardens near Saffron Walden is owned by English Heritage is one of England’s Stately homes and is just 30 minutes away or visit Stansted Mountfitchet Castle in Stansted which is 20 minutes away.
