spectacular, tranquil retreat surrounded by delightful wooded gardens with 2
lakes extending to 5 an a half acres of land.

Perranporth with its spectacular surfing beaches is situated 3 miles to the
West of the B&B, whilst St Agnes and New quay are both within 8 miles.
The cathedral city of Truro
with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities is some 6 miles to the
South.
