Carsington Water is a lovely drive 10 minutes away, with Matlock and Matlock Bath just a few miles further, where you can visit Gullivers Kingdom very popular with kids. Alton Towers is another favourite just a 15 minute drive away. Chatsworth house is 20 minutes away, so plenty to do and see in this area.
