Open top buses take you to the South Bay and Spa Complex from where it is easy to reach the shops, theatres, night clubs and restaurants which characterise Scarborough.
Further afield, Whitby is only 20 miles away and the neighbouring coastal villages and towns are well worth a visit. It is easy to reach the moors to visit the steam railway and Goathland, home of Heartbeat. Scarborough has revitalised itself recently and now offers a clean and much improved place to stay. It hosts many special events which attract a wide variety of visitors.
