The Bull Inn, Battle, East Sussex
The Bull Inn Battle is a 17th century coaching inn built with stones from the original Battle Abbey kitchen which gives this building its distinctive character.
If you are just visiting the area or even a local then The Bull is definitely a 'must' to visit whether it is for a relaxed drink in our traditional bar selling a selection of local real ales, a place to stay in one of our B&B rooms which all have en suite bathrooms and include breakfast or for something to eat in our restaurant which serves seasonal foods and a good selection of daily specials.
The Bull stands in the centre of Battle which is the hub of 1066 Country and is a great natural base to explore this historic area from with good travel links to the rest of 1066 Country. If you are visiting the region then it certainly has more than enough on offer to fill your stay with plenty to do.
