Stoberry House is the perfect place to stay. It has breathtaking views over the City of Wells and the Vale of Avalon. The six acre family garden planted sympathetically within its landscape, provides a stunning combination of vistas accented with wildlife ponds, water features, sculpture and 1½ acre walled garden.
We have several sitting rooms that guests are welcome to use. These are comfortable and tastefully furnished sitting areas for guests to relax in. They have a little pantry with Nespresso coffee machine, selection of luxury teas, fridge, ice machine and all those little extras.
Our special breakfast has been described by guests as divine indulgence. One of the treats about staying at Stoberry is breakfast which features fresh locally produced food, is light and full of goodness, fun ideas, and loved unreservedly by our guests.
Wells City (www.wells-uk.com) is within walking distance and there are many attractions with a variety of interest for the visitor including Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and a twice weekly market (Wednesdays and Saturdays) in the Market Place.
