Glenalmond House, Mayfield Gardens, Edinburgh
Glenalmond House is a family run business providing comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation. It is a Victorian detached property located in the Mayfield Gardens area of Edinburgh - only a mile from the main attractions of the city.
There are several room types available - 2 of which have outside terraces. All B&B rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, alarm clock, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, safe & toiletries.
An extensive breakfast menu is on offer including vegetarian options and traditional Scottish breakfast with haggis. Another firm favourite is Loch Fyne smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.
The bed and breakfast is ideally situated in a delightful residential area of Edinburgh, you are just a short local bus ride or a pleasant walk, to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and all Edinburgh city centre attractions. You are welcome to leave your car in the free private car park for the whole of your stay if you wish.

The location is also ideal for Edinburgh University, the EICC and Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. It is also easily accessible from the A720 city bypass south, without having to travel through city centre traffic and congestion.
