England is in lockdown again. It is our third lockdown since the outbreak of Covid-19. At Blenheim Lodge they have done and will continue to do their best to observe the rules and government guidance and they even take extra precautions in order to ensure the safety of their guests and themselves.

 

What Blenheim Lodge are doing to take precautions:

 

1) When room reservations come in online, they contact all those who have made new bookings. They feel it is most important to telephone or email all their lead bookers to chat with them as soon as their reservations come into their diary because they have not had chance to speak with them before booking. Where possible, they speak to all of their guests prior to arrival to ensure that they are aware of what the precautions are that Blenheim Lodge are taking, and also they ask if the guest is agreeable to their ways of working. If someone is not happy with their precautionary approach then they are happy to cancel any booking without penalty.

 

2) Blenheim Lodge takes gaps between stays in the same room to allow for extra time to deep clean and air the rooms.

 

3) They also have different protocols now from before in order to minimise social contact and increase social distancing, such as the ways in which they serve breakfast and adminster check out procedures.

 

4) Their check-in procedure has also changed and sadly, for now, we cannot offer a welcome tray of tea or coffee and biscuits in the lounge however, they do ensure their are refreshment trays in the bedrooms so you can still brew a cup of tea of coffee!

 

Blenheim Lodge Guest House looks forward to welcoming you back, when it is safe to do so. You can book now for later on in the year, and if things turn pear shape, then we can give you the option of changing your dates right up to the end of 2022.
