Breakfast is served on the first floor in the kitchen /dining room. The stairs comprise two flights of eight steps, with a half landing.

Waterloo Cottage is in the centre of Little Haven, situated on a private road which gives access, via the small village green, to the top of the beach - 50 metres away. There are adjacent sandy beaches at Broad Haven and at Setlands, between Little Haven and Broad Haven.

Little Haven is located on the southern shore of St Brides Bay, situated in the heart of Pembrokeshire, the most westerly county in Wales. The Pembrokeshire Coast is renowned for its beautiful unspoilt beaches, rugged cliffs and fabulous views. Along this coast are several small villages such as Solva, Nolton, Little Haven and Marloes.

Little Haven is at the mouth of a wooded valley opening onto a small sandy beach at the head of a small cove. The village could have been built with relaxation in mind with three pubs, a bistro, a cafe, a craft shop and pottery, the RNLI Souvenir shop and a gallery. The village hall is a frequent venue for craft fairs and exhibitions. Little Haven was originally a coal (culme) mining village but has been a popular holiday destination for more than 100 years.
