http://thebandbdirectory.co.uk/

The Old Royal Oak offers bed and breakfast accommodation in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. The B&B is definitely worth a visit, located in Knaresborough's famous 'Market Square' the inn dates back to the 18th century and has a real 'oldie worldy' feel to it, it’s even got it's very own ‘Priest Hole’.

Around the market square and high street are lots of little shops and galleries. If you visit on a Wednesday you can enjoy the colourful market. Knaresborough Castle is a must see with commanding views over the town and River Nidd.

Some of the many close attractions include Ripley Castle, Fountains Abbey, Nidd Valley and The Yorkshire Dales. The historic city of York is a short train journey away as is the bustling city of Leeds.

www.thebandbdirectory.co.uk Newton House, York Place, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire

Newton House is an elegant Georgian guest house situated in the heart of the charming market town of Knaresborough, just four miles from Harrogate.

All the bedrooms in the guest house are generously proportioned and each has its own bathroom, stocked with complimentary toiletries courtesy of Arran Aromatics.

The guest house has a comfortable sitting room with books, daily newspapers, magazines, freeview TV and a fully licensed bar.
Although Newton House is in the town centre we are very lucky to have our own private car park, situated through the archway at the rear of the building. If the car park is full there is on-street parking close by or a public car park 2 minutes away in York Place.

If you're looking for a guest house with character and a friendly, family-run atmosphere, you've found it - and we very much look forward to seeing you.
