We offer a choice of double or twin rooms (one being on the ground floor), all offering newly refurbished en-suite facilities.

Lounge & Dining Room:

Breakfast – choose from a selection of fruit juices, Harry’s fresh fruit salad, yogurts (fruit & plain), cereals followed by our Coombe Bank fried breakfast, omelette or if ordered in advance smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or smoked haddock and poached egg for a change. There is something for everyone including vegetarians or those with specific dietary needs.

Our south facing garden is a lovely location to relax and enjoy the beautiful views over the Sid Valley. It was accredited with a Silver Gilt award by the 2008 Sidmouth in Bloom Judging Panel.

There is easy access to the patio with chairs for a comfortable view of the valley whilst enjoying the Sidmouth Sun.
