Cottage Garden is situated in the small
village of Compton Dando. Originally a medieval village set in the lovely Chew
Valley, the River Chew still meanders through.
We enjoy the company of our guests and have
met some delightful people through the years. We hope to spend more time
relaxing and enjoying this special place with friends old and new and that you
will also enjoy your time staying with us in the magical place that is Fairy
Hill.
The village of Compton Dando is only seven
miles from the UNESCO World Heritage Site and city of Bath, with its Roman
Baths and modern day Thermae Bath Spa, and eight miles from the centre of
Bristol, home to the historic SS Great Britain, Clifton Suspension Bridge,
Bristol Zoo Gardens, Clifton Downs and Observatory, plus many other interesting
things to see and do.
