Plas-y-Ffynnon, Battle, Brecon, Powys, The Brecon Beacons

Plas-y-Ffynnon, Battle, Brecon, Powys, The Brecon Beacons

Plas-y-Ffynnon offers bed and breakfast accommodation located in the quiet village of Battle in Powys. Battle is situated at the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and is an ideal base for those who are looking to explore this wonderful part of Wales. Our bed and breakfast has some of the best views in the area, enjoying the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons.

The spacious rooms at the B&B are all well appointed and comfortable, with TV, hairdryers & tea and coffee making facilities. Most of our bed and breakfast rooms also have spectacular views of the Beacons.

There is a large lounge and dining area for guests and breakfast time is very flexible for those who want to get out on the hills early or for those who prefer a more leisurely start to the morning. The food served is always good quality, produced locally, and organic where possible. Most of our kitchen waste is recycled (mainly for the kitchen garden), also all plastic and paper waste.

There is a large patio area at the bed and breakfast for guests to enjoy in the summer months, and the conservatory area provides a great place to sit on cooler evenings to watch the sun go down.

Our bed and breakfast is ideally located for outdoor activities including walking, mountain biking, canoeing, horse riding and many more. We have a good stock of local maps and bike trail guides and a great drying room for all your kit. We are also happy to give advice on booking activities and the best places to wine and dine in the area is always available.
