Accredited by Visit England as Sussex by the Sea, the guest house ensures comfort and convenience for all guests. Each room is equipped with Freeview colour TV and full central heating. Accommodation options include single, double, twin, and family rooms, as well as a twin-bedded bungalow.
Rooms are spacious and feature hot and cold water facilities, shaver points, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some rooms offer showers, while others include en-suite facilities. Additionally, guests have access to amenities such as ironing facilities, hairdryers, and microwaves.
A full English breakfast is served using only fresh produce, with special dietary requirements accommodated by prior arrangement. Guests are provided with their own keys for access at all times, and the guest house is open all year round.
