Holly Cottage is a charming blend of a small period cottage and stylish, architect-designed contemporary extensions spanning three floors, creating a property full of character. Nestled on a valley side at the edge of the village of Hagworthingham, close to the ford, it is surrounded by beautiful, quiet, and unspoiled countryside. The area offers a variety of scenic walks, ranging from short strolls to longer hikes, with a landscape that is gently or more steeply undulating—contrary to the common perception of Lincolnshire as entirely flat.

Single occupancy is welcomed, and at certain times, the guest area can be rented as self-catering accommodation for up to six people. The grassy hillside garden provides a peaceful retreat, making the property an ideal base for work in the area, a short B&B break, or longer B&B or self-catering holidays.

Rates:

From £75 per person per night for single occupancy, including breakfast.
From £100 per room per night for two people sharing, including breakfast.
Discounted rates are available for stays of three nights or more.
Children are welcome, and guests can enjoy Wi-Fi access and off-street parking. Please note that pets are not permitted.
