Thorns Farm offers unique self-catering accommodation for medium to long-term stay. We are located close to the village of Barrowby near the market town of Grantham in Lincolnshire. We have seven purpose-built self-contained apartments set on our farmland. Each apartment has its own private entrance.

We are perfect for couples who are between properties, families visiting from abroad and contractors/professionals working away from home on business.

The apartments overlook the stunning surroundings and open fields. They all offer an outdoor seating area so you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Located on the 50-acre farm there is pretty woodland with ponds and even two fishing lakes. Guests are welcome to fish on the lakes where there are carp, roach, bream and many more fish to catch.

There are many things to do in the surrounding area including visiting some of the famous and popular attractions including Belton House & Deer Park, Belvoir Castle, Easton Walled Garden and Barkston Heath, guests can also enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding and golf in the local area.

Thorns Farm Self Catering B&B offers luxury and unique self catering apartments let on a B&B basis. They are located close to the village of Barrowby, near the market town of Grantham in Lincolnshire. The apartments are converted barns with outdoor seating areas, set in stunning farmland.

Seven apartments are available, all offering high quality accommodation. All of the B&B apartments have an en suite shower room, kitchen area, small dining area, sitting area, Wi-Fi & an electric fireplace.

Guests staying at the guest accommodation have their own set of keys, meaning you can come and go as you please, & all enjoy the privacy of their own private entrance.
 

The guest accommodation overlooks lovely woodlands and ponds, including two fishing lakes. Outside of the apartments there are seating areas so you can enjoy the views and peaceful atmosphere.

The local area is great for walking, cycling, horse riding, golf and much more. Close to Belton House, Belvoir Castle and only thirty minutes from Burghley House near Stamford. The beautiful cities of Lincoln and Nottingham can also be reached within less than an hour.
