Originally built in the late 1800's, our hotel is an integral part of the historic town of Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex.

The hotel has been lovingly restored by its owners Jenny & Colin Newcombe, incorporating Victorian charm with 21st century luxuries, including 9 en suite bedroom.

The Railway Hotel also boasts an inviting bar and restaurant. Our bar has been designed in the elegant Art Nouveau style, with a winding mahogany bar area serving an excellent selection of snacks, beers, wines and spirits. Our restaurant offers a fantastic a la carte menu, as well as weekend specials and the ever popular Sunday roast.
