Breakfast is served in the dining area and is freshly cooked each morning using local and seasonal produce wherever possible. There are vegetarian and traditional fully cooked options available. Special dietary requirements can be catered for please just let the hosts know in advance.

The Old Inn offers bed and breakfast accommodation situated at Malborough and just a short drive from the sailing town of Salcombe in Devon.

Our big breakfast is popular with those who have a very large appetite, but is not for the faint hearted. Breakfast is open to anyone, so if you have friends who are not staying, they are welcome to join you, or dine 'Alfresco' in our enclosed sunny courtyard.

Over the past few months, we have completely refurbished the bar & restaurant areas, opening up the fireplace to expose the original stone features. New comfortable chairs surround this area and a new oak bar, & central beam have given the bar more character. The new carpeted dining area & family room add to the warmth of the place. 

We are perfectly located to explore the South Hams. Just two miles from the famous town of Salcombe, half an hour from the historic Naval Port of Dartmouth and the same distance from the dramatic scenery of Dartmoor. Malborough itself is a bustling Devon village most noted for its famous Church that can be seen from many places across the South Hams.
