Enjoying uninterrupted views across the River Dee, the house was built in the1890's and was at one time the residence of the doctor to the Royal Family when in attendance at nearby Balmoral.

All of our rooms are Double/Twin rooms with en-suite and there is a family room that will sleep 2 adults and up to 3 or 4 children with a large en-suite including a whirlpool bath.

The Village of Ballater is situated within the Cairngorms National Park and the area is ideal for walking, cycling, golfing, fishing, ski-ing and many other outdoor activities. Ballater offers a wide variety of activities to suit everyone's needs.
