Selden Bed & Breakfast is situated at the foot of the beautiful South Downs in the West Sussex village of Patching, West Sussex.

Selden Farm is the ideal B&B for anyone wishing to stay in the Worthing to Arundel area. They are a private residential farmhouse with outbuildings which was formerly a dairy farm, nestling in a quiet country lane. It has some 60 acres of farmland which is mainly dairy cattle with some forest, all in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Overlooking farmland, this small and friendly bed and breakfast has six rooms, all with showers/WC en suite. They are all easily accessible and on the ground floor.

All guest bedrooms have a lovely fresh 'English Country' feel, with oak floors, pale walls, cream bedding with fluffy duvets and traditional furniture. Underfloor heating throughout.

Accommodation comprises of six double bedrooms, 2 family rooms and 1 twin room.

All rooms are equipped with TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray with tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and mineral water.

Luxury toiletries and thoughtful extras are all provided to make your stay a home from home experience.

Breakfast is served in the farmhouse where you will be served a delicious full English breakfast or if you prefer, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, muesli, toast and preserves.

Located on the edge of Angmering Park Forest with its myriad of great trails and footpaths. They are ideal for exploring the South Downs whether by horse, mountain bike or simply by foot.

Historic Arundel is our neighbour, with Glorious Goodwood not too far, together with Worthing & Chichester.

The Belfry at Yarcombe is a converted Victorian School near Honiton in Devon. The guest house is decorated with a slight contemporary flair but keeping all the traditional features and adds a touch of opulence here and there.

There are six guest bedrooms here at The Belfry, each with its own style, character and aspect. One super-king-size, two king-size, two double and one twin-bedded room.

Each of the guest rooms are named after one of the great poets of the nineteenth century, all of whom were writing around the time that The Belfry was planned and built as the village school.

All of the guest rooms have flat-screen televisions, tea/coffee facilities, bottled mineral water and biscuits (with the occasional homemade flapjack). They also provide white waffle-weave bathrobes in the wardrobe for you to wrap up in and of course, the complete works of the poet after whom your room was named may also be found in your room.

The beds are made with spotless, white 100% cotton sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers and our bathrooms have 100% cotton towels and face flannels (the bath towels are the biggest on the market). The curtains and bed throws are high-quality, as is the tea and coffee, herbals, hot chocolate and malt drinks (these things are important!). Fresh milk and juices are available if you are thirsty and are in the fridge under the stairs, so please do help yourselves.

The Belfry is ideally situated between Honiton, Taunton and Chard and is only a short distance from the Jurassic Coast.
