The Old Coach House was converted into a private dwelling in 1989, was originally built as the stabling and coach house for the local doctor in 1864.


The Old Coach House has two en suite bedrooms “The Vatch” which is on the first floor, and “The Courtyard” which is on the ground floor for easy access and leading onto the courtyard area. Both have been recently upgraded and refurbished to a high standard. "The Vatch" can also accommodate a Z Bed.

Breakfast, giving a choice of a good hearty cooked “English” or the lighter “Continental”, is served in the dining room, or if the weather is good then breakfast can be provided in the courtyard. All produce is sourced locally or homemade.

Set within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it is only four miles from the busy market town of Stroud with its award winning weekly Farmers’ Market every Saturday, and the delightful Market town of Nailsworth with its individual, independent shops. Eastcombe is also within easy reach of the historic Roman town of Cirencester, Cheltenham with its the shopping, theatres and restaurants and the ancient inland port of Gloucester with its exquisite Norman Cathedral, historic docks with visiting sailing ships and new shopping outlet.
