Our guest accommodation is situated at The Quay in Wells-next-the-Sea and consists of 6 wonderful cabins on a boat, sleeping a total of 14 people. 

Our boat rooms can be hired individually or collectively by a group.

Our B&B boat is truly a fantastic place to stay while exploring the many delights throughout Norfolk. We are only a short walk from many local amenities within Wells-next-the-Sea and just a short drive from attractions and places of interest in the east of England.
