The delightful accommodation is located within the heart of Skegness, providing access to all amenities without the use of a car.

To assist disabled visitors, a chair lift has been fitted for access to the first floor, providing ease of access to most bedrooms. We can pre order mobility scooters (or you are welcome to bring your own model) and have secure under cover storage with charging facilities. 

Visitors are welcome to enjoy our cosy snug bar or the adjacent games room with pool table, darts and other entertainment. Alternatively we have an inviting residents TV lounge for relaxation in a peaceful environment. 

We welcome family groups with children of all ages, family rooms are available. We offer travel cots, high chairs and baby listening devices - please contact us for further information.
