Oaklands Farm Guesthouse is a 4 star Visit England establishment situated in the suburban area of Hales Barns, just one mile from the M56 at J6.
The guesthouse was originally a working farm and the outbuildings and stables have been re-developed into mews houses to let. The Warburton family have lived here for many years breeding Shire horses in the past and trading them during the heyday of horsepower, from the cobbled yard. Photographs of the prize winning Shire Horses are still on display in the dining room.
The farmhouse is comfortable and friendly with your own entrance through the conservatory, leading up the stairs to a double bedroom en suite (which can sleep a family) and a separate twin en suite bedroom.
All rooms have tea making facilities and Freeview flat screen television and WiFi. Long stay parking is available and we offer courtesy transport to and from Manchester Airport and the railway station.
