The Old Farmhouse is a comfortable family home situated in the pleasant Suffolk village of Cheveley, three miles from the racing town of Newmarket where there is an excellent golf course, state of the art gyms, two night clubs and countless pubs and restaurants.
The guest wing at the Old Farmhouse has two bedrooms with beams and sloping floors. Both have their own full facilities (including hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities), and either en suite or private bathroom. Both bedrooms are south facing and look out over the sunny terrace at the back of the house.
Breakfast is served at the old oak refectory table in the dining room in the winter and on the sunny terrace in the summer. Your hosts can offer you superb French cuisine sourced from only the best local and seasonal produce, including home-grown vegetables, fruit and herbs from the cottage garden. All of our food is prepared in the Old Farmhouse's kitchen by Anne Mary who is a professionally trained chef.
