The Mill is part of a collection of historic farm buildings dating back to around 1850, set in the Suffolk countryside between Bury St Edmunds and Thetford. The Mill features four bedrooms, available either individually on a bed and breakfast basis or as a whole-house holiday retreat. Guests staying on a bed and breakfast basis can enjoy a self-serve breakfast, with a selection of bread, cereals, fruit, juice, tea, and coffee. The fridge is stocked to allow guests to start their day at their own pace. Fresh eggs from the property's hens, homemade bread baked by Piers using locally milled flour, porridge, seasonal fruit, homemade jams, honey from on-site beehives, and a range of teas and coffee are all provided for a full continental-style breakfast. Specific breakfast requests can be accommodated with advance notice.  

While a catered meal service is not typically offered, guests have full access to a well-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cooking tools. Staple ingredients are available for convenience, and for those arriving on foot or by bicycle, basic provisions for a simple meal can be arranged for an additional charge with advance notice.  

A range of amenities is provided at no extra cost, including a cot, high chair, allergy-free bedding, a bike repair bench, and wheelchair access. Laundry facilities are available for a small additional fee.  

The accommodation includes two king-size bedrooms, while two further rooms can be configured as either super king-size beds or twin beds. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each featuring an en-suite shower, except for the Tobago room, which includes both a bath and a shower. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, robes, slippers, and a hairdryer are provided for added comfort.  

Outside, guests can enjoy a natural swimming pond and an outdoor pavilion with a BBQ and dining area.
