Post Office House is a 4-star rated bed and breakfast that provides high quality accommodation within the picturesque village of Belford. This Grade II listed former Post Office is ideally located between Alnwick and Berwick-upon-Tweed. A great base for exploring Northumberland.

There are 3 individually furnished bedrooms available. In the morning an award-winning breakfast is served using locally sourced produce and suppliers. Breakfast is anything from a full Northumbrian to Craster kippers with vegetarian options available. Special diets and vegan diets are also catered for by prior arrangement. Vegan menu is extra at £5 per room, per day. There are pubs and amenities within a close proximity. This area is ideal for walking and cycling as St Cuthbert's/St Oswalds Way and Northumberland Coastal Paths are close by.

North Northumberland is a recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a range of interesting places to visit such as Bamburgh, Holy Island and the Farne Islands, Alnwick Castle, Dunstanburgh Castle, Bailiffgate Museum, Alnwick Castle and Gardens and Berwick Barracks. Guests can take a boat trip from Seahouses to the Farne Islands, which are owned by the National Trust. The islands are one of the major breeding sanctuaries for migratory sea birds and around the coasts can be found the largest colonies of Atlantic Grey seals in the UK.
