Royal Oak Inn offers delightful bed and breakfast accommodation in the medieval town of Appleby-In-Westmorland. Our 16th Century inn is based on the edge of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales National Park, perfect for an idyllic holiday in Cumbria.

We have 8 bedrooms available, including single, double and family rooms. All the rooms retain many historic features whilst offering modern accommodation. One of the family rooms sleeps 3 and one of the family rooms sleeps 4. All the rooms are well-equipped and include Wi-Fi.

A luxury self-catering two-bedroom cottage is available – please inquire for details.
