Our
business is located at Brede, Nr. Rye, East Sussex.
The
cottage has one double, one twin and a single room available for Bed &
Breakfast with a shared bathroom.
A
full English Breakfast, or Continental if preferred, is served in the dining
room as are dinners by arrangement. There is also a lounge available for the use
of guests which has a log fire and T.V. The whole cottage is centrally heated.
During the summer, weather permitting breakfast can be taken on the terrace
overlooking the Brede Valley.
The
property is situated in 3 acres of its own land and surrounded on all sides by
134 acres of farming land of which it was once part. The area is mostly grazing
for sheep with some arable crops. Beyond this as far as the eye can see to the
South East, South and South West there is open countryside.
The
garden has lawn and flower beds and there is a South West facing patio with
tables and chairs for relaxing. Some magnificent walks into the Brede Valley
starting at the front gate!
