We have three en suite rooms – one twin and two doubles – and a small single with its own bathroom facilities, perfect for the independent traveller walking the nearby Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

We believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and offer a full Welsh breakfast, using ingredients sourced as close to home as possible. We can also make you up a packed lunch for your day out, again using local & homemade ingredients.

Ideally situated for beach-lovers, Freshwater East, Manorbier and nearby Freshwater West all offer some of the best surfing in Wales, not to mention the most stunning scenery. We are close to Bosherston Lily Ponds and the beautiful Barafundle Bay, with pubs and restaurants close by providing good food. The historic town of Pembroke, with its impressive castle, is only three miles away.

Our 16th Century Inn is traditionally decorated and furnished in an 'olde worlde' style and is in a great location for exploring this beautiful area.

Food is available all day at the inn and we try and provided as varied a menu as possible. All of our meals are home cooked using local produce where possible. We also pay particular attention to stocking the best selection of wines and ales, including the one's which get the local villagers' approval. 

We are lucky to be in such a beautiful location and to be surrounded by sea, sand and farmland countryside. We are only a mile or so from Bigbury-on-Sea and Bantham which are very popular for surfing or if you fancy a bit of a stroll we can provide route details for a circular pub walk which takes into account country lane, woodland, the Erme Estuary, Wonwell Beach and the National Trust Coastal Path with sea-cliff views leading back to the pub.
