Our bed and breakfast is a well established guest house and only 8 miles from Kings Lynn train station, 6 miles from Hunstanton & 1 mile from royal Sandringham estate.

The former home of Diana, Princess of Wales, Park House is a hotel with a difference. Situated on the Sandringham Estate it caters for people who have mobility difficulties or maybe wheelchair bound. The White House is close by for relatives who have family or friends staying at Park house. We also have a stair lift available to the first floor.

Kings Lynn has a two week Festival and Sandringham holds 3 Craft Fairs and one Game Fair during the year. Everything for everyone. Silk road chinese restaurant nearby. Sandringham House, Gardens and Museum, Houghton Hall, Holkham Hall, Hunstanton Sealife Sanctuary are all nearby, golf nearby, archeological dig in Sedgeford open to the public once a year - great to go and see.

With current renovations due to be completed by Easter 2010, this lovely Victorian (1895), chalk and brick built house, owned by ex-rally driver Valerie Brundle who has long standing F1 connections. 

The property offers comfortable surroundings, so come and enjoy your stay, where our rooms offer that little bit extra.. Start your day with a healthy breakfast, homemade marmarlade, bread & speciality teas. Vegetarians catered for.

Convenient for Royal Sandringham and other Stately Homes, RSPB Reserves (Snettisham, Titchwell & Welney). Impressive countryside views, ideal for walkers & cyclists, Local beaches, along with Norfolk Lavender & other attractions close by. West Norfolk has it all, including spectacular sunsets.  

If you want a really friendly atmosphere & you have a sense of humour, this lovely house is for you. With a large off street car park, the accommodation is set back from the road, where you’ll find peace and quiet. 

Please note: There is a dialysis clinic within a 10 minute walk for people who want to go on holiday but have kidney "problems".
