Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.30am (earlier breakfasts can be catered for, by request). Evening meals (set menu) are available on request and booked in advance. Fresh local ingredients are a feature of the menu. Vegetarians catered for.

Rhu is a lovely conservation village with beautiful wildlife, 5 minutes by car from both Helensburgh town centre (where John Logi Bear grew up) and Faslane, and 15 minutes from the beautifully scenic Loch Lomond.

Faslane Naval Base is about 3.5 miles away towards Garelochhead; there is a half-hourly bus service, and we are only a very short walk to the bus route. There is an excellent regular direct train service to Glasgow City Centre (45 mins), Edinburgh (1 1/2 hour direct), Oban and Fort William, and we’re 35 minutes by car from Glasgow Airport (GLA).
