Three Bridges Bed & Breakfast in Rosyth, Dunfermline in Fife, offers superb guest house accommodation in a charming 1950’s style house. We are the perfect base to explore the local area.

We offer accommodation in 4 bedrooms: two doubles, one single/small twin and one bedroom has an en suite shower room. The other rooms share a family bathroom and all the towels and toiletries are supplied.

You can relax and unwind in the TV lounge which has Wi-Fi, DVD player, CD player a selection of DVDs and CDs.

Outside is a lovely garden with table and chairs. You can also use the extensive decking area. Perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun. A summerhouse with heating is available as well.

Every morning we serve a delicious breakfast. We offer a traditional Scottish breakfast and a varied menu to suit all diets. All meals are freshly prepared and cooked to order using fresh locally sourced products whenever possible.

We are approximately 50 meters from the gates of HMS Caledonia (Naval Establishment). The historic town of Dunfermline with its many tourist attractions is only 3 miles North of Rosyth Centre. On the Edinburgh side of the Bridges are three of Scotland's finest stately homes, Dundas Castle, Hopetoun House and Dalmeny House. Within a few miles drive are Blackness Castle, House of the Binns and the very historic Palace of Linlithgow.

Bell House Bed & Breakfast run by Jane Pearce is a traditional stone built house five minutes walking distance from Dunfermline town centre.

It is listed as a three-star bed and breakfast by the Scottish Tourist Board and offers three well-presented and comfortable bedrooms.

The property dates back to 1897 and boasts many period features including Victorian cornicing throughout much of the lower level.
In 2005 our rooms were refurbished and tastefully decorated and include immaculate en-suite or private facilities. There is free on street parking directly outside the property.

Bell House is perfect for families or couples of all ages. A fold out double bed and cot can be arranged for a larger family with children.
A delicious full Scottish or Continental breakfast awaits you when you arise which is served in the breakfast room. Jane is delighted to cater for any dietary request and will purchase special ingredients if given notice.

We are just a few minutes walk to Pittencrief Park with its splendid formal gardens and hot houses as well as the impressive Dunfermline Abbey. Guests from across the world have stayed at Bell House including Americans, Australians, Danes and a young couple all the way from Hong Kong on their honey moon.
