Fiorlin is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Melrose town centre. It is a detached house of character set within its own walls and is an ideal base for those who want to explore the Scottish Highlands. There is ample parking available, including secure storage for bicycles - the Borders being a particularly pleasant area for cycling.

Our guest accommodation has been tastefully decorated throughout, with a blue/white theme and natural wood finishes, and is completely self-contained offering good privacy for guests. The en suite double and twin/family bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. Each guest bedroom has comfortable chairs, TV and a tea/coffee making facility.

A tasty Borders breakfast is served in the sitting/dining room.

Fishing, golfing, walking and cycling are all perfect activities for the Borders, but you'll also find a fantastic range of historical places to visit, delightful places to eat and a wealth of little craft shops for something a little different. We are extremely well placed for exploring the rest of the Borders, and just an hours drive from Scotlands Capital City of Edinburgh; full of history and lots of things to do and see.

Melrose has a rich history, with the oldest continuously inhabited village in Scotland, architectural attractions, museums and exhibitions. It has an excellent range of facilities for visitors and recently won "Best Tourist Town" and "Scotland in Bloom" awards.
