Cuffern Manor, built in 1770, is an award-winning guest house set within three and a half acres of walled gardens, woodland and lawns. The property is just three miles from the National Coastal Path and close to the two-mile-long, award-winning sandy beach at Newgale, making it particularly appealing to walkers, nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful coastal retreat.

The manor is well suited to a wide range of guests, from couples and families to larger groups. It can accommodate up to 20 friends or family members wishing to enjoy exclusive use of the house, and it also hosts small conferences for up to 50 non-residents. Guests can choose from a variety of rooms, including four en suite double rooms known as the Stokes, Massy, Fenton and Langston, standard double rooms including the Barros and Higgon, a twin room called the Barath, and two single rooms, the Rees and the Higgon. Some of the double rooms are spacious enough to accommodate families with three or four children. Rooms that are not en suite have their own washbasins and share access to four shower rooms, bathrooms and toilets. The Langston room includes a bath and shower en suite and is suitable for one or two people only.

Cuffern Manor is comfortably furnished throughout and centrally heated, with a wood-burning stove in the ground floor sitting room providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere during colder months. Guests are invited to relax in either of the two guest sitting areas on the ground or first floor, where they can watch television or enjoy a book. The ground floor also features an extensive library with books available to loan or purchase. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the first-floor guest sitting area for added convenience.

All dietary requirements are catered for, with many ingredients sourced directly from the garden when available. Soft fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants and blackberries are used for breakfasts, along with fresh vegetables for evening meals. The house is fully accessible, with lifts to all accommodation and special facilities in place to ensure disabled guests can enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
