Poplar Farm Bed & Breakfast, West Stoughton, Wedmore, Somerset
Poplar Farm Bed & Breakfast is a family-run bed & breakfast located within the Somerset village of West Stoughton. The B&B still has many of its original features that give this guest accommodation a warm and ambient feel.
There are three guest rooms available. All our guest rooms are self-contained and include:
Television.
Guest towels and bed linen.
Tea and coffee-making kits that are replenished each day.
Hairdryer (on request).
Ironing board and steam iron (on request).
Child's cot (on request).
Children are most welcome. Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated because the owners already have lots of their own animals.
A full English breakfast is served in the dining room and where possible, the owners use locally grown and sourced ingredients. Breakfast can be arranged to suit the guest’s individual needs.
The accommodation is situated on the Somerset Levels close to the Mendip Hills and the Quantock Hills where there are many places to visit. The area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is well-served with high-quality golf courses, the nearest being the Isle of Wedmore Golf Club which is within a mile and is highly recommended. Within easy reach are the popular locations of Wells, Cheddar and Wookey Hole.
