The White House Guest House, Williton, Somerset
The White House is a beautiful Grade ll listed Georgian townhouse in the bustling village of Williton, nestling between the Quantocks, Exmoor & the stunning West Somerset coast.
It is a family run guest house with a relaxed & friendly atmosphere which has been recently refurbished to offer contemporary and comfortable 4-star accommodation.
There are 14 rooms which include super king, king, twin and single rooms. There are also two family suites which can cater for children of any age. All of the rooms are en suite and come with a TV, beverage tray, hairdryer, clock radio and ironing facilities. All the rooms are stylishly furnished with pine and leather.
The rooms in the main house have some lovely features including original working sash windows and shutters, high ceilings and lots of natural light. The courtyard rooms are located at the side of the main house and were formerly a dairy and stable block which were converted to external rooms many years ago. They are set back from the road so quite peaceful and each room has space to park outside.
Breakfast is served in the bright and airy restaurant between 7 & 9am, and is always made with local produce cooked to perfection on the Aga. Special diets can be catered for by request.
A range of excellent attractions are in the Somerset area, including Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, Quantock Hills & Fleet Air Arm Museum.
