Hay Lake Farm in Landrake offers very comfortable, modern bed and breakfast holiday accommodation with spacious en suite facilities. Situated in a quiet location in the countryside of Saltash, our B&B provides easy access to the A38, Plymouth, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and both the north and south coast of Cornwall. This is an ideal stopover or a place to relax for a few days.
Hay Lake Farm is a smallholding set in a quiet location with horses, sheep, pigs, goats, hens, and ducks and has fine countryside views from the bedrooms. Our well equipped double/family bedrooms are spacious and all have en suite bathrooms. Each guest room has tea/coffee making facilities with fresh milk, television with a DVD player, and we can also provide a travel cot if required.
A full Cornish breakfast is served with home produced sausages, bacon and eggs.
For those who enjoy walking or cycling, there are miles of lanes and footpaths around us that offer an ever-changing scenery of hedgerows and wildlife throughout the year.
Many National Trust properties and the Eden Project are within easy reach by car, and there are facilities for both golf and coarse fishing in the area. If you are visiting the area for a wedding or family party, there is easy access to Plymouth, Saltash, Liskeard, Tavistock and Callington.
