Nestled in the picturesque Buckinghamshire countryside, the Shoulder of Mutton prides itself on it’s friendly atmosphere, fine selection of real ales, beers, wines and home cooked pub meals.
We have 4 double rooms, 1 twin room and 1 family room (with 1 double and 1 single bed). The rooms are located in an annex a few yards away from the main building.
All guest bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, TV and hairdryer and a camp cot is available on request. Breakfast is served in the restaurant in the main building.
Our menu consists of homemade food set within a rural location. We only use the finest and freshest produce, most of which is sourced locally. Whether your calling in for a simple sandwich, an evening meal or a sumptuous Sunday lunch, you are guaranteed a warm welcome and a home cooked meal. The Shoulder of Mutton offers a tranquil base from which you can take one of the many popular works through the farmland around Calverton. It is situated in the countryside but only a short drive to many activities and attractions in and around Milton Keynes.
