Our fine Sussex brick and flint Regency style house is on 4.5 acres of land in a very peaceful location, just minutes from Chichester and the glorious sandy West Wittering beach, Goodwood and the stunning West Sussex coast.

Breakfast at Landseer House is served in the garden room of the main house. This room looks out over our lovely gardens, so you can admire the countryside scenery while eating your breakfast. We serve cooked breakfasts whose ingredients, where possible, are locally sourced. Continental breakfast is available by request.

Our grounds are set in four and a half acres of beautiful gardens and meadowlands with meandering footpaths that virtually abuts the world famous Pagham Harbour and Nature Reserve. There are a host of excellent pubs and restaurants nearby our bed and breakfast is the perfect place for a special break or a business trip.
