In addition we provide thick Brinton’s carpets and luxurious deep well sprung mattresses of exceptional quality.

This bed and breakfast is located in a large village within The New Forest where there are excellent walking facilities and great spots to enjoy a yummy picnic. The city of Southampton is only 13 miles away and Bournemouth 15 miles.

We were as enchanted when we first stumbled upon this lovely part of the countryside 20 years ago as we are now, and that was before the door in the Oak tree, the celtic gate into the inner courtyard tumbling with plants, the dragon guarding the door.....And the fairy tale doesn't stop there.
