Bridge House Bed & Breakfast is a luxury boutique B&B located in the village of New Balderton, just under a mile from Newark town centre in Nottinghamshire.
The bed and breakfast has a superb premier room at the rear of the house, overlooking the garden, which is very peaceful. This room is extra spacious with lovely furniture, including a chaise longe. The bed can be arranged as either a super king double or as two single beds.
Guest rooms are provided with a comprehensive beverage making centre with courtesy biscuits, TV, clock, hairdryer, mirrors for make up etc plus additional soft furnishings and easy chairs. WiFi access is provided for use in bedrooms and on the patio – you just supply the wireless enabled laptop. For the discerning "man about town" a Corby Trouser press can be found on the first floor landing.
A range of good class toiletries are provided together with ‘nice soft’ bath and hand towels. We even provide little things like a sewing kit. We can also provide things like a spare toothbrush, razor, shaver adapter or an ironing or minor clothes repair service.
The B&B also has a fitness suite with multi gym, elyptical trainer, magnetic rower and vibration plate exerciser.
The bed and breakfast is just a short walk from the castle, museums, shops, cafes and restaurants in Newark town centre. Within 6 miles you will find such delights as The Southwell Minster, Southwell races (horse), National trust Workhouse, Watch & Clock Museum, Ferry Farm (where you can find rare breeds, children’s adventure course and eatery), Trent River and locks and a host of lovely villages with smashing pubs.
