Creeting
House can be hired for all special events including meetings, wedding parties,
christening or funeral gatherings, birthday and Christmas parties etc. The
House has a premises license allowing alcohol to be served and entertainment to
be offered.
There
is convenient access of 1&1/2 miles drive to the A14 and then 15 minutes to
Ipswich or 20 minutes to Bury St Edmunds. Creeting House is approximately
1& 1/2 miles from the nearest historic town, Needham Market, with all the
normal facilities including doctors, chemists, post office & bank, taxis,
interesting independent retail shops, pubs and restaurants, a great farm shop
and Needham Lake’s Wildlife Sanctuary. Whilst Needham has the nearest train
station, trains do not stop frequently here, whereas from the station at
Stowmarket (4 miles away), there are regular trains to London Liverpool Street
(1hour 20 minutes) to the south and Norwich (26 minutes) to the north.
