We
have been awarded 4 Stars and a Silver Award in Visit Britain’s quality scheme
and a Silver Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
Breakfast
is very important to us so we like to make sure that we are providing our
guests with the best products we have available. Pure apple juice is produced
from fruit that we collect from trees within a three mile radius of the house,
eggs are supplied by our own chickens, and we bake fresh bread daily, make our
own yoghurt and granola and produce a tempting range of home-made preserves.
Our
bed and breakfast is in the Tamar Valley which is recognised as an Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty (midway between Bodmin moor and Dartmoor and both
coasts). You will be perfectly placed to explore the region's many and varied
attractions.
These
include beautiful walking, cycling and horse riding country; canoeing, sailing,
salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tamar; stunning coastlines; many
places of historical interest, including a number of National Trust properties
and gardens; and a strong regional food culture.
