The aim has been to provide a home away from home to all who stay here. There are 8 rooms available from £40 per night. There are three en suite rooms which include a smart TV and rainfall showers, all are decorated to a high standard. The main house has use of a communal bathroom and also a separate w/c on the ground floor.

Guests are also offered the use of the lounge area/breakfast room which also has tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave oven as they understand the need for guests to relax in a more homely atmosphere. A bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. The double rooms have a sink for washing etc.

Each morning a self-serve continental breakfast is provided and includes:

Tea.

Coffee.

Juice.

Cereals.

Toast.

Fruit.

Yoghurt.

The guest house is only minutes from the M5/M4 and 3 miles from Parkway Station. We are conveniently located for visits to the centre of Bristol, with buses going frequently and nearby.

The Jays Guest House is a large three storey house located at Patchway in Bristol. Our guest house offers comfortable rooms, excellent traditional breakfast and is an ideal base for business and leisure guests who are visiting this part of the South West.

We have 24 guest rooms available and offer a mixture of single, twin, double & family en suite rooms. All of which include a television, hospitality tray and fridge. There are also three standard rooms for those on a budget. Five of our bedrooms are at ground floor level.

A Full English, continental and vegetarian menu is available and included in the tariff. Breakfast is served in an attractive dining room between the hours of 6.30 to 8.30am Monday to Friday and 8.30 to 9.30am Saturday and Sunday. Special dietary needs can usually be met. There are also two fully equipped kitchens available for residents to use during their stay.
