All guest rooms have en suite bathrooms; some with both a bath and shower and others with a large walk-in shower enclosure. The two ground-floor bedrooms offer easy access to both the car park and the communal areas of the house, and the Bede Room is particularly suitable for mobility-impaired guests because it has wider doorways and a large wet room-style bathroom.

You’re spoiled for choice from an extensive breakfast menu; enjoy a hearty Northumbrian breakfast freshly prepared with the finest quality, local ingredients including award-winning sausage and bacon from a local butcher and free-range eggs from a nearby farm or perhaps try a dish made with traditional oak-smoked fish from the iconic smokehouse at Seahouses.

St. Cuthbert’s House is fully licensed with a well-stocked bar offering a wide range of hand-crafted local beers. Guests can enjoy drinks in the attractive lounge area at any time of the day or evening. Be warned, it’s so cosy that you may not want to venture out!
