The Waterfront B&B offers luxurious accommodation in Wells-next-to-Sea, only yards from the sea and near the town centre. We are perfect for a memorable stay in Norfolk.

We have a variety of wonderful bedrooms to choose from. All the rooms come with en suite facilities and boast coastal views across the creeks and marshes.

On the first floor, we have a double king room with an en suite shower that offers views of the marshes. The second floor has a twin room with an en suite shower that enjoys views of the marshes. We offer the option of a second twin room on this floor (sharing the en suite shower room).

All the rooms come with coffee and tea, a TV, Wi-Fi and lavish toiletries.

We have a lovely sitting room with a TV and balcony on the first floor, offering a great place to unwind.

In the morning we offer a full English breakfast, including Howells’ sausages, smoked salmon, yoghurts and freshly prepared fruits.

We are ideally placed for exploring the area. In town, there is a quay, shops, restaurants, cafes, attractions and much more. Enjoy the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coastal Path or venture further afield.

Holkham Hall is nearby and many other fine National Trust properties are within easy reach of Wells. One small dog in each room is allowed. Be aware that the dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room. Please note that a 2% charge is applied when paying by credit card (debit cards are free).
