Dyffryn is set amid the mountains of Mid-Wales, adjoining
the Snowdonia National Park, and yet central for touring the lakes, mountains
and the West Coastline. There is ample parking and a secure area for bicycles.
Evening meals are served in the licensed restaurant every night.
The bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard each
with en-suite facilities, central heating, remote TV, hairdrier, beverage tray
etc.
All types of activities are available locally including,
quad- biking, horseriding, fishing, cycling, birdwatching etc. The Glyndwr Way
also passes close by and there are many other walks in the locality that can be
explored.
For those less active why not take a ride on the narrow
gauge railway from Llanfair Caereinion to Welshpool, or the restored Montgomery
canal. Visit Powis Castle, Lake Vyrnwy, Snowdonia and Llanrhaeadr Waterfall all
within half an hour.
